Understanding who you are both personally and corporately will help you be a better leader! Jesus gave us a framework to guide us through a process of discovering how God designed and purposed each of us uniquely and divinely to not only step into our own authority but to help other women become activated, equipped and established to step into theirs! If you have spent much of your life “doing” and feel called to start “teaching others to do” you’re in the right spot. We would love to help you become a Mentor to others!
Pink Founders/startup incubation
There’s more to the being a Founder and the Startup process than a good idea! You will need to spend the time to understand the problem you’re trying to solve, why your solution will work, how your idea is different than others and why you are uniquely qualified to start it. Why did God Purpose you in this? Are you hearing from Him and are you aligned with His plan? Who is your Customer? How will pay for it and market it? And, most importantly, how can you as a woman, bring feminine innovation and creativity to a world that needs your ideas and the fullness of God’s design for the World! We would love to help you bring your idea to reality!
pink retreats
Being around other successful and authentic women is so important! 63% of women say they have never had an opportunity to be mentored, especially by a women with experience. While we love the men who mentor, there is unique value in having women mentors also who have “been there, done that”. And, because many times the handoff of position is man to man, there is a great need for women who can also open doors and walk along side them in life. Retreats allow for deeper connections while enjoying beautiful landscapes, water, mountains and fellowship without all of the day to day requirements we take on. Stay tuned! Retreats being scheduled for Fall 2023!
Pink Leadership
The World is filled with successful Female Leaders and Role Models! A quick search of Leadership Books and Resources will yield a list of materials written by Men. It makes sense since they still hold the majority of Senior Level Positions. But, we’re on a Mission to help establish more resources for and by Women. We believe that since women operate differently than men, and are being elevated more and more in Senior Positions, having more established Feminine Leadership Principles that are unique to women and complementary to men, would be very beneficial. Pink Leadership is designed to Connect, Equip and Establish Feminine Leaders and their Published Resources in all areas of Influence and Culture. Principles become part of the Leadership Conversation and Training in Business, Church and Culture
